Terms and Conditions – Skills Gate Institute

1. Registration and Data Accuracy

  • Registration is completed by filling out a form that includes all personal information or through the institute’s website.
  • The client is responsible for the accuracy of all registered personal information.
  • Registration is considered final only after the fees are paid and an official confirmation is received from the institute.

2. Payment Methods

The institute accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash payment
  • Credit card
  • Installment plans via “Tabby” or “Tamara”
  • Online payment through the institute’s website

Full payment must be made before the start of the training program.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • The client has the right to cancel registration within 7 days from the invoice date and may request a refund within 5 working days.
  • The client is entitled to a full refund if the training program is canceled.
  • The client has no right to cancel or request a refund after 7 days from the invoice date.
  • The client may transfer their registration to another person, provided the training program has not started.
  • If enrolled in multiple levels or for a duration exceeding one month, the client commits to completing the entire training program without interruption and may not request to pause or refund the paid fees.
  • Once the client has started the course, they are not permitted to withdraw or request a refund under any circumstances.

4. Attendance and Absence Policy

  • Participants must attend at least 75% of the total program hours to receive a completion certificate.
  • If a participant is absent for more than 25% of the program without a valid excuse, they will not be eligible for a certificate.
  • Missed classes or assessments will not be rescheduled without a valid excuse.
  • Only medical excuses issued through the “Sehhaty” app are accepted.
  • Bereavement excuses are accepted only for the death of a first-degree relative.

5. Conduct and Discipline

  • Participants must maintain general decorum and professional behavior inside the institute or on its online platforms.
  • Participants must preserve public property within the building and bear full responsibility for any damages. The institute reserves the right to exclude anyone who violates these rules.
  • The institute has the right to terminate a participant’s enrollment and exclude them from the program permanently and without prior notice if they fail to adhere to appropriate behavior with fellow participants or staff.
  • Participants must refrain from smoking inside the building.
  • Participants must wear attire appropriate to public standards.

6. Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understood all the above terms and conditions.
I agree to abide by all the clauses and confirm the accuracy of my official data for registration and certificate issuance purposes.
