Beneficiary Communication Policy
Skills Gate believes in the importance of building an electronic learning environment that encourages positive interaction and knowledge exchange within a framework of respect and professionalism.
This policy aims to clarify the available communication channels between beneficiaries and the platform, define the rules and standards of conduct, and outline the procedures applied in the event of any violation, in order to ensure a safe and professional training experience.
Communication Channels and Tools
Skills Gate provides several communication methods that enable trainees and instructors to communicate effectively. Communication via email is considered the official channel for contacting the platform administration or instructors to receive support or respond to inquiries.
The platform also offers an internal messaging system that allows users to exchange academic questions and notes within the educational environment.
Official contact numbers, such as phone or WhatsApp, may be used to provide technical or educational support when needed.
In addition, beneficiaries may follow Skills Gate’s official social media platforms to stay updated on announcements and engage with training activities.
Electronic Communication Etiquette
In order to maintain a respectful and collaborative learning environment, all beneficiaries are required to demonstrate mutual respect in all forms of communication and to interact politely and professionally without abuse or offensive behavior.
Clear and courteous language must be used at all times, while avoiding inappropriate expressions, sarcasm, or offensive insinuations.
Communication should remain focused on educational objectives and course-related content, and users must refrain from engaging in religious, political, or controversial discussions.
Beneficiaries are also expected to ensure the accuracy of shared information and to avoid publishing or circulating incorrect or unreliable content.
All parties are required to respect privacy and must not share personal data or sensitive information related to other beneficiaries or instructors.
The use of the platform’s communication channels for advertising, commercial, or promotional purposes outside the scope of the training process is strictly prohibited.
Procedures in Case of Violation
In the event of non-compliance with communication etiquette, Skills Gate reserves the right to take appropriate action based on the nature and recurrence of the violation.
This may include issuing an initial warning to the user explaining the unacceptable behavior.
If the violation is repeated, temporary suspension of communication or participation privileges may be applied.
In cases of continued misconduct, the platform may suspend the trainee from the course without refunding any paid fees.
In serious cases, such as deliberate abuse or the publication of content that violates regulations, Skills Gate reserves the right to permanently terminate the user’s account.
The platform also reserves the right to report violations to the relevant authorities if they involve legal breaches or actions that affect public order.
Acceptance and Updates
Registration on and use of the Skills Gate platform constitute explicit acceptance of all terms outlined in this policy.
Skills Gate reserves the right to update or amend this Beneficiary Communication Policy at any time when necessary, in a manner that serves the interests of the training process and ensures the quality of the educational experience.
