Online Attendance Policy

Online attendance through virtual classrooms is considered equivalent to physical attendance in a traditional training venue. Trainees are required to maintain an attendance rate of no less than 75% of the total scheduled hours of the program in which they are enrolled.

Failure to comply with the required attendance percentage as recorded by the electronic tracking system may result in the trainee being denied access to the final examination, the issuance of the completion certificate, or both.

In the event that a trainee is absent from lessons without an officially approved and valid excuse, the trainee forfeits the right to request any refund of the fees paid. Skills Gate reserves the right to assess, accept, or reject submitted excuses at its sole discretion.

Completion of the registration process on the platform constitutes the trainee’s full acceptance of all terms outlined in this policy. Skills Gate reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time when necessary, without prior notice.
